Angarki Chaturthi 2021: Today i.e. on November 23, the festival of Angaraki Chaturthi is being celebrated. Dedicated to the Vighnaharta Lord Ganesha, on this day devotees worship him with reverence. According to the Hindu calendar, the upcoming Chaturthi date of the Krishna Paksha of every month is known as Ganesh Chaturthi. If this day of Ganesh Chaturthi falls on Tuesday then it is called Angaraki Chaturthi. It is believed that worshiping Lord Ganesha on this day fulfills all wishes. Along with this, a person can also get rid of mental and physical troubles. It is believed that fasting on the day of Angaraki Chaturthi gives the same virtue as fasting on Chaturthi for a year.

Angarki Ganesh Chaturkhi Auspicious Moment: Chaturthi Tithi will start on 22nd November at 10.27 pm. At the same time, this date will end at 12:55 pm on the night of 23 November.

Worship Method: On the day of Angaraki Chaturthi, wake up early in the morning at Brahma Muhurta, after retiring from your daily activities, wear clean clothes and meditate on Lord Ganesha. Then spread a clean yellow cloth on a post and place the idol of Lord Ganesha on it. Purify the entire place with Gangajal. Then offer flowers to Lord Ganesha. After this, after applying roli and sandalwood on the forehead of Lord Ganesha, offer red colored flowers, janeu, doob, betel nut, clove, cardamom and sweets etc.

After this, offer coconut and modak to Lord Ganesha. Afterwards offer Dakshina to Lord Ganesha, offering him 21 laddus. Perform aarti of Lord Ganesha by lighting incense and lamps and chant his mantras. At the end recite the apology mantra.
