Why did Aryan spend the night in jail even after getting bail?
Aryan’s release order could not reach the jail on time. When the release order did not reach the jail, it was told by the jail administration that Aryan could not be released on Friday evening. The release order should have reached the bell box outside Arthur Road Jail by 5.30 pm yesterday. This box is opened four times a day. At 5:30 in the morning, then at 10:30 and again at 3:30 and finally at 5:30, but when the release order did not reach till the evening, it was also decided that Aryan Khan would not be released.
All preparations were made on behalf of Shahrukh Khan and his lawyers to take Aryan home from jail. The High Court has granted him bail on a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh. Juhi Chawla came to the NDPS court as Aryan’s bail and signed the bail paper. Aryan’s lawyer Satish Manshinde was also trying his best that the release order should reach Arthur Road Jail in time, but this could not be possible.
