Australia defeated England by 275 runs in the second Ashes Test match played in Adelaide. With this win, the hosts have taken a 2-0 lead in the 5-match Test series. Australia won the first Test match played at the Gabba by 9 wickets. Kangaroos had set a target of 468 runs for victory in the last innings in front of England, but the entire English team was bundled out for 192 runs. Jhye Richardson took 5 wickets for Australia. Let us tell you, Australia declared their first innings at 473/9. England could only manage 236 runs in their first innings. Australia took a 237-run lead after the first innings, but did not allow England to follow-on. The second innings was declared by Australia on 230/9. Marnus Labuschagne, who played a century of 103 runs for Australia, was awarded the Man of the Match award.

In the second innings of the England cricket team, Jos Buttler and Chris Woakes tried to advance the innings. Butler held one end for a long time, but the team did not benefit much from it.
