Dhamecha has requested the High Court to allow him to appear at the NCB office in Delhi instead of Mumbai, as he has no residence in Mumbai. The Bombay High Court had on October 28 granted bail to Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son and co-accused Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant.

One of the conditions of bail was that the accused would be present in the Mumbai office of NCB every Friday between 11 am and 2 pm. The accused were also directed not to leave Mumbai without informing the investigating officer (IO). In her petition, filed through advocate Kashif Ali Khan Deshmukh, Dhamecha said she is a resident of Madhya Pradesh who lives in Delhi for work.

The petition states that Dhamecha does not have any residence in Mumbai. According to the petition, the condition of bail will have a huge impact on his professional life as well as social life, as he will have to come to Mumbai every week. Dhamecha has also argued that if the conditions are to be judiciously complied with, she will have to inform the NCB about each and every movement as she will continue to travel between Madhya Pradesh and Delhi, both of which are the territorial limits of Mumbai. Is out of. His petition is likely to come up for hearing next week.
