Reliance RIL AGM 2021, Jio Phone Next 4G Smartphone Launch Live Updates: Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) chairman Mukesh Ambani has announced a new Jio phone, which is named Jio phone Next. It has been prepared by Reliance in association with Google.

Mukesh Ambani named it Jio Phone Next as the world’s most cheap smartphone has told. The features of Jio and Google can be taken advantage of in this smartphone. Also Google Play Store can also be used.

Reliance Chairman Mukesh Ambani said that Reliance Jio has become the world’s second network in terms of data consumption. 6300 million GB data is consumed per month on Reliance Jio’s network. This is 45 percent more than last year. It is believed that Jio-Google’s Android-based smartphone JioPhone-Next will be very helpful in adding more new customers to Reliance Jio.

Jio will be the first to launch 5G in the country: Mukesh Ambani

During the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM 2021) of Reliance, Mukesh Ambani expressed confidence that Jio will start 5G in the country. Reliance Jio has made tremendous strides in developing state-of-the-art standalone 5G technology, which is a big leap forward for wireless broadband. Mukesh Ambani said that during the 5G trials, Jio has successfully achieved speeds of more than 1 Gbps. Mukesh Ambani described Jio’s ‘Made in India’ solution as world class.

Recently the spectrum required to start 5G trials was issued to companies. Jio is testing 5G technology in many cities including Delhi, Mumbai. Mukesh Ambani said that the 5G standalone network has been installed at data centers spread across the country and due to the robust network architecture of Reliance Jio, upgradation from 4G to 5G can be done easily.

Referring to a self-reliant India, Reliance Chairman Mukesh Ambani said that we are developing a full range of 5G devices with our leading global partners to develop an end-to-end 5G ecosystem. Jio will create best applications for healthcare, education, entertainment, retail and economy.
