Tamil Nadu government canceled 12th Class Board Exam

Chennai. The Tamil Nadu government on Saturday announced the cancellation of the class 12 board exam (12th board exam) and said a committee would be formed to decide on the award of marks to students. The government has said that this decision has been taken due to the presence of a second wave of Kovid-19 in various areas of Tamil Nadu and the possibility of a third wave.

After holding discussions for three days with teachers, academicians, and experts, Chief Minister MK Stalin has said, “The 12th class board exams for this year are canceled.”

It was informed in the release that a committee will be formed under the chairmanship of Principal Secretary, School Education Department to award marks to the students and marks will be given on the basis of its recommendations. It was also said that on the basis of this score, admission in college courses will be done.
