Tarsons Products IPO subscribed 3.58 times on second day

New Delhi. The initial public offering (IPO) of Tarsons Products has received 3.58x subscriptions on the second day of the issue today. 1,08,44,104 shares were offered in the company’s IPO valued at Rs 1,023.84 crore. In comparison, bids have been received for 3,88,07,802 shares so far. The retail individual investor segment was subscribed 4.74 times and the non-institutional investor segment by 3.98 times. The Qualified Institutional Buyer (QIB) segment was subscribed 1.30 times. Under the IPO, fresh shares worth Rs 150 crore have been issued and an open sale offer (OFS) of 1,32,00,000 equity shares has been floated. The price range for the IPO has been kept at Rs 635 to Rs 662 per share. Tarsons Products on Friday raised Rs 306 crore from anchor investors.

Go Fashion’s IPO will open from tomorrow, investors will be able to apply in the issue till November 22. The initial public offering (IPO) of Latent View Analytics Ltd., which came last week, has been subscribed more than 300 times. This is also the highest subscription received by an issue so far. The segment got higher subscription than every segment. The non-institutional investors segment was subscribed 850.66 times and the eligible institutional buyers (QIBs) segment 145.48 times. The shares reserved for retail investors received 119.44 times the bids. At the same time, the country’s biggest IPO i.e. Paytm’s IPO got only about 2 times subscription.
